The Monarch Short Film Festival is a competitive event open to all �Թϱ��� students and alumni. A jury of film program faculty will decide winners in five categories: best short fiction, best short documentary, best short animation, best alumni and best overall student film. Prizes and awards will be presented at a ceremony during the festival.  The judges will feature the top scoring movies at the festival, and the “Audience Favorite Film” will be determined by festival audience vote.
