MonarchTeach faculty and students attended the UTeach STEM Educators Conference in Austin, Texas. In addition to attending the conference, students from the MonarchTeach Student Organization (MTSO) presented a poster at the conference. The poster highlighted the student organizations work with foster youths here at ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. During the 2022-2023 academic year, the MTSO had the opportunity to provide STEM activities for the First Star ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Academy. The First Star ³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Academy is a part of a national public charity that focuses on the long-term college readiness programs for high school foster youth, referred to as "scholars."
